Von Sauna Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Von Sauna, a service provided by Sol Sauna, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Von Sauna website, booking our floating sauna services, or interacting with our platform in any way, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Reservations: To book a floating sauna session, you must use our online booking system or contact us directly. Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

2.2 Payment: Payment for floating sauna sessions can be made online through our website. All payments are non-refundable, as expressly provided in our Cancellation Policy.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Customer: We do not accept cancellations or refunds requested by our customers in any circumstance.

3.2 Cancellation by Von Sauna: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified immediately after that decision is made and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3.3 Reschedules by Customer: If customers are not able to attend their originally scheduled sauna session, they must notify Von Sauna about requesting a reschedule 7 days (168 hours) in advance of their original session time. They are eligible for only one reschedule per booking.

4. Safety and Conduct

4.1 Safety Rules: For your safety and the safety of others, you must adhere to all safety instructions provided by our staff. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your session without a refund.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct: You are prohibited from engaging in any conduct that is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to yourself or others during your sauna session. We reserve the right to remove anyone from our premises who engages in such conduct.

5. Liability and Waiver

5.1 Assumption of Risk: The use of our floating saunas involves inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge and assume these risks and release Sol Sauna, LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage.

5.2 Insurance: We strongly recommend that you have your health and travel insurance in place before using our services.
