Cancellation & Refund Policy

We do not accept any cancellations or refunds for social sauna bookings, private sauna bookings, or monthly sauna memberships. This cancellation policy applies for inclement weather, sickness, etc.

Rescheduling Policy

We allow reschedules with a 7 days (168 hours) notice. Any reschedule requests after this 7 day window will not be accepted. Additionally, reschedules are only allowed once per booking. All reschedule requests can be handled over the phone or via email.

**The reasoning behind our rescheduling policy is that we are operating with a VERY limited resource. As we only have one floating sauna, bookings for social sauna sessions eliminate the possibility for us to sell private sauna sessions and vice versa. As our bookings are typically made 10+ days in advance, reschedules significantly reduce our ability to rebook the sauna during that time slot.
